Company/Applicant’s Name, CNIC, Mobile Number and Office Address is required for booking
Applicant will be responsible to provide list of participants, staff and workers
Other than Tuesdays, booking are available for 6 days a week from 10 am till 10 pm
Administration of Governor’s House will not be responsible for arrangements or installation of any temporary facility. Applicants may arrange the same (if required)
The administration of Governor’s House reserves the right to cancel an event at any time, in order to handle any unforeseen, unpleasant or unavoidable situation
Governor’s House is notified as “Special Premises” under section 2(a) in Punjab Special Premises (Preservation), Ordinance 1985; Any activity of the tourists or organizers to damage or destruction of government property may lead towards fine, imprisonment and a police case may be registered against the visitors or group of visitors
Charges
Charges for corporate events are as under:
PKR 1,000,000/- per day per event for corporate organizations
PKR 500,000/- per day per event for charitable organizations
Payment will be made in advance within 24 hours of approval, notified through Email & SMS
